Dear Campers,
I’m thrilled to be part of Camp Craft this year! While this is my first time dyeing for Yarn A Long, it’s not my first time as a camp counselor—I spent three summers as an outdoor instructor in upstate New York.
My favorite camp activities:
- Tubing down the Hudson River
- Eating s’mores
- Making rubber band loom bracelets
What are yours?
When I dye yarn, I often think about those summers spent outdoors—hiking, paddling, and breathing in the forest air. The best part of my studio? The big window above my dye table where I can see Slievereagh mountain watching over me.
