Herbivore is a shawl named after the plant-like structures within the fabric. Increases at each edge and at three other locations create the unique shape, while twisted stitches branch out from those increases.

Needles & notions
US 6/4mm 32″ circular 12 stitch markers, tapestry needle GAUGE 22 sts = 4″ in stockinette stitch (Gauge is not crucial, but it will affect the finished size.)

Fingering weight, 430 yards
Note
Different sizes can easily be achieved by altering the length in SECTION 2. Work the 4 row repeat in that section to more than 12″ for a larger shawl or less than 12″ for a smaller version.
