This is a PDF knitting pattern.
Trees are scarce in Iceland but you can find silvery white birches. You can even sample teas and liquors made with birch branches! They have an earthy taste and make you feel as though you’re deep in the woods, inhaling cold fragrant air. I knit this hat as a tribute to these wintry trees.
