I am so excited to announce that this year's Yarn A Long is almost here! 2023's YAL is inspired by fresh florals with lush and harmonious hand dyed yarn palettes and radiant pops of color. Each month in May, June, and July you will receive a beautiful package of blossoming custom hand dyed yarn from some of my favorite dye houses to knit a brand new shawl. The patterns and palettes for this year's YAL embrace the natural world and I can't wait to share with you the wonderful dyers we are collaborating with this year to bring you the most stunning palettes!

Each yarn package contains surprise semi-solid and speckled colorways dyed on super soft wool or wool blend bases as well as special knitting related gifts designed by Malia Mae Joseph that have all been inspired by the flora theme. Each of the dyers we have collaborated with have contributed to a beautiful bouquet of custom colors for you to knit each shawl throughout the summer months. The shawl patterns we've been working on are going to be so much fun to knit, bursting with exciting new knitting techniques to try.
